Quentin Tap is a father-and-son venture, led by co-owner George Tselos (also founder & CEO of GSK Management) and his father. They selected a 3,378 sq ft space at 783 N Quentin Rd (formerly occupied by Oak Alley), situated at the southeast corner of Quentin Rd. and Northwest Highway in Palatine.  

The concept: combine an elevated yet accessible sports-bar experience — hand-tossed pizza, fresh sandwiches, craft/drink specials — with a community-centered hangout where friends, families and sports fans alike feel at home.

  • Market positioning: Situated in a north-western suburb of Chicago with strong local patron potential and convenient parking, Quentin Tap serves as both destination and neighborhood hangout.
